Phase 2. Survey

Focus groups and quantitative surveys of consumers are conducted to gather insights such as
- What are target customer true needs?
- Are these needs being met today? If so, how?
- Where is there an opportunity to meet "unmet needs"?
- Where is there an oppotunity to meet "met needs" in a more distinctive way (cheaper, better)?
Phase 3. Game Show and Discussion

Survey results used in game as a basis for a discussion about your consumers. Session is supplemented with breakout groups and group discussions as appropriate
Phase 4. Action Plan Development

Our consultants work with your team to flesh out a specific action plan, using the survey results, breakout groups, and group discussions as input
